退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unaltered and free from any new damage — and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that our items are vintage and antique pieces. Minor signs of age, historical use, and surface wear are part of their character and are not considered defects. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How to Start a Return Contact us at takashi@koedo-sun-art.com to request a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Customs Duties Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for any inquiries regarding duty reimbursement.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at takashi@koedo-sun-art.com.
