DESCRIPTION
KANNUKI with metal fittings.
This product does not have drawers like a tansu (chest of drawers), but it itself serves as a wood bolted gate for the drawers of a Japanese chest of drawers.
Kannuki" is also called "Kannuki Dansu" or "Boudansu" because the drawers are locked with a bolt.
It can be used to decorate a wall or as a room interior decoration.
The protruding metal fittings for the head are in place (the key is in the unlocked state).
             (The key is missing.)
There are two protruding metal fittings on the lower part.
The back side is not covered with red lacquer but with red old Japanese paper.
