Description
Wooden maki-e taiko drum.
Shime Daiko is used for all kinds of classical Japanese music such as Gagaku (ancient Japanese court music), musical instruments, and folk songs.
Tuning is done by tightening the strings, which makes tuning relatively easy.
As you can see in the video, the sound is quite good.

Condition:used /The lacquer is peeling on the ancient frame.
It is somewhat old, so there is age on the surface.
