This is an original woodblock-printed Japanese book "Yamato Meisho Zue (Illustrations of Famous Places in Yamabe, Shirokami, Shiroshita, and Uda Counties)" published in 1791 (Kansei 3), 1 volume. It is a superb work with many illustrations depicting the wonderful Edo period Yamato Meisho by the famous ukiyoe artist Takehara Shunchosai.
