Obtained from specialized dealers in archaeological artifacts from Jomon, Yayoi, and Kofun.
Such items are quite rare to find for sale even in the antique dealer market.
Material: green mud schist
It is a polished stone tool with a symmetrical pickaxe-shaped head and a pair of raised knobs in the center.
A type of two-headed stone axe.
It was named "Dokko-Ishi" because of its resemblance to a Buddhist dokkosho.
Initially used as a stone axe, it was later transformed into a ceremonial tool.

The upper left side of this material is an early example.
The lower you go, the newer the age.
This stone is of the same type as No. 4.
This shape is found in Saitama, Nara and Seto area.
The age is from the first half to the middle of the late Jomon period.
The ones from this period have a ceremonial and ritual character because they are too warped to be used as a stone axe as a practical tool.
