While it features the classic design of a Temple or Shrine Offertory Box (Saisen-bako), historical inscriptions reveal it served a unique role in local community history. Date: Dated "Taisho 7, April" (1918). Design: It is crafted in a rustic style with a central handle for portability, typical of collection boxes used in temples or meetings. Material: Wood with iron fittings. One side: The slat is present and functions correctly. The other side: The wooden slat is MISSING (broken off), leaving an open gap. There is a small glued repair on one of the lower corners.
