This is a modern Iraho-style chawan (tea bowl), estimated to have been produced between the 1950s and 1980s.
Despite its relatively recent origin, the bowl embodies the classic characteristics of traditional Iraho ware—rough texture, ash glaze, and earthy tones that evoke wabi-sabi aesthetics.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with no cracks or repairs. Minor kiln marks and firing imperfections are intentional and add to the aesthetic.

Box: Comes with a wooden box (not original; repurposed from a different artist’s piece)
