■ Description Item Details This is a Japanese antique bronze hand mirror (E-kagami) dating back to the Edo Period (17th–19th century).

Family Crest (Kamon): The central relief features the "Kikko ni Sanmai Zasa" (Three Bamboo Leaves in a Tortoise Shell Hexagon) crest.

Symbolism: The Hexagon represents longevity (Tortoise), and the Bamboo represents resilience and prosperity.

Background Design: The background is densely filled with a relief pattern of small Chrysanthemums (Kiku), adding a delicate texture.

Inscription (Signature): On the left side, the characters "Tenka-ichi" (天下一) are visible.

Context: "Tenka-ichi" translates to "Best under Heaven," a prestigious title granted to master mirror makers during the Edo period.
