Vintage Japanese Takaoka Copper Bronze Vase Crane Neck Flower Relief Omine BV725

This is a vintage Japanese cast copper vase (kabin) from the renowned Takaoka Copperware tradition, accompanied by its original wooden tomobako (storage box). It was crafted by the artist Omine, whose mark is stamped on the underside of the vase and signed on the box lid.

The vase features a classic "tsurukubi" (crane neck) shape, distinguished by a beautifully sculpted, three-dimensional flower and leaf motif that wraps gracefully around the neck and body. The smooth, dark bronze finish contrasts elegantly with the textured botanical relief. It is an ideal vessel for displaying a single stem (ichirin-zashi) in an ikebana arrangement or serves as a refined sculptural piece for Japanese-inspired and modern interiors.
