This is a set of finely crafted Japanese bronze plates by Yoshimitsu Nishimura, a master metal artist from Takaoka, Japan.
Each plate is shaped like a leaf and features a beautiful silver overlay (gin-sai) that contrasts elegantly with the warm reddish-brown bronze base.
The delicate chokin engraving technique showcases the refined artistry of Takaoka metalwork, which has been a hallmark of Japanese craftsmanship since the Edo period.
These plates embody both functionality and aesthetic beauty, making them ideal for tea ceremonies or as exquisite decorative art pieces.
