This is a Japanese bronze flower vase representing traditional metalwork from Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture, designated as a traditional craft. It includes an incised artisan stamp on the underside and comes with its original wooden box, which bears the title "Shin" (伸) and calligraphy indicating it was made as a commemorative item.

The vase features a cylindrical, straight-walled shape with a slightly flared rim. The surface is finished with a mottled, multi-toned orange, reddish-brown, and golden patina with natural variations. A raised, multi-petaled chrysanthemum crest is attached to the upper section of the body.
