This is a set of two Japanese wooden serving trays finished with traditional red lacquer. The set includes one large rectangular tray and one round tray, suitable for serving tea or displaying decorative items.
The rectangular tray features a hand-carved relief of plum blossoms (ume) in a style similar to Tsuishu or Kamakurabori, finished in a dark reddish-brown lacquer. A small signature is visible on the lower right of the rectangular tray. The round tray has a smooth, polished translucent red lacquer finish that allows the natural wood grain to be seen.

Condition:
