Set of 8 Antique Japanese Imari & Hirado Square Pierced Pen Holders and Cobalt Blue Bud Vases – Late Edo to Meiji Era

A beautiful collection of 8 traditional Japanese porcelain pieces. The set includes six square-shaped pierced pen holders and a pair of small cobalt blue bud vases. These finely crafted items date from the late Edo to Meiji period (mid-19th to early 20th century). Made in the styles of Imari and Hirado ware, they feature classic blue-and-white sometsuke (underglaze cobalt) decoration, with floral, landscape, and geometric motifs.
