Beschreibung
This is a pair of Japanese ozashiki sudare, woven bamboo blinds used as interior screens in traditional rooms. Each blind measures approximately 165 × 71 cm.
Fine bamboo slats, contrasting borders, and braided suspension cords give the pair a coordinated appearance. The hanging fittings and tassels remain visible in the photographs.
Height: 165 cm / 64.96 in
Width: 71 cm / 27.95 in
The borders show significant wear and damage, particularly along the upper edges, where there are numerous areas of peeling and material loss.
Both blinds show discoloration, irregularities in the weave, and wear around the borders and hanging fittings.
Please check the photos carefully for details.
