This is a Japanese Tamba ware (Tamba-yaki) ceramic vase, produced in the Tamba region during the Late Edo period, around 1800.

The vase features a rounded body finished with a rich brown base glaze. A contrasting white glaze is applied to the upper section, naturally dripping down the sides to create a dynamic, rustic pattern characteristic of traditional Tamba craftsmanship.
