Japanese Kujaku Glaze Ceramic Vase Masahide Matsuyama Tomobako PCP314
This is a Japanese ceramic vase (kabin) crafted by Masahide Matsuyama at the Kujaku Kiln. It comes with its original wooden storage box (tomobako) and an information slip.
The vase features a bulbous body with a flared rim. It is covered in a distinctive Kujaku (peacock) glaze, characterized by a gradient of deep purple and blue with light green speckled yohen (kiln transmutation) effects. A hexagonal potter's mark is stamped on the base.
