This is a Japanese Takaoka copper (Takaoka Doki) vase, crafted by the artist Seiho. It is a traditional decorative vessel made of solid cast bronze.
The vase features a wide, bulbous form with a short neck. The exterior showcases a dark brown patina adorned with dynamic, abstract gold and copper-toned splashed patterns known as "kinryu". A square artist seal is cast on the base.
