The mask features a prominent reddish-orange painted surface, black facial hair details, distinct frowning eyebrows, and metallic gold-colored eyes and teeth. The reverse side reveals natural chiseled wood grain with a paper label inscribed with "Hisomi" and an oval stamped seal reading “Nagahara Koin” (the reading of the art name is presumed). A brocade silk storage bag is included.
